TLM is fully compliant with the National Privacy Principals of The Privacy Act 1988 and its amendments which can be viewed at www.oaic.gov.au.
TLM conforms to the ADMA code of practice encouraging the application of the Do Not Mail and Do Not Call Suppression Lists. As a consumer it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with both of these Registers, you should also be aware that information provided to these registered may expire after a given period, therefore, TLM recommends you familiarise yourself with these timeframes, to ensure that your directive remains up to date and current. It should be noted that these registers, whilst limiting the use of consumer information for the practice of marketing, also clearly state that certain industries maybe exempted. They are, and not limited to Charities, Not for Profit Organisations, Market Research Companies and Government Organisations.
TLM is careful to recognise any valid requests from individuals to have their names suppressed from any database represented and will forward on any written submission to the appropriate List Providers to have details suppressed/removed.

TLM takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
TLM does not share, sell, or trade your information with any third party for any purpose, unless disclosure is required by law.
TLM may provide links on our website for information or convenience. Often these links are for 3rd party websites. TLM is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these websites. You should always familiarise yourselves with privacy policy and practice on any site that you visit or link to.

TLM conducts relationships with customers, list providers and data vendors in an ethical and professional manner.
TLM is aware that data obtained from a list provider and/or data vendor, then sent to our clients has been legally obtained and is in compliance with all data protection laws.
